Assisted Living

OUR RESIDENTS DO NOT LIVE IN OUR WORKPLACE,
OUR WORKPLACE IS IN THEIR HOME.

Five Acres at Leisure Town North was designed to nurture the mind, body, and soul through our incredible views, landscape, and open concept living arrangements.  Every part of the property has been carefully thought out to afford optimized independence and ease of living.  For our residents that need assistance with performing daily activities, we have professionally trained and certified caregivers to work with our residents to develop an all-inclusive and personalized system of care that affords them the ability to live their best life.

Memory Care

TO CARE FOR THOSE WHO ONCE CARED FOR US IS ONE OF THE HIGHEST HONORS.

The loss of memory and cognition are realities for many people in the elderly community.  Our professional staff are highly experienced in navigating the symptoms of memory care related illnesses and creating a loving atmosphere that makes our residents feel safe.  Five Acres at Leisure Town North was purposefully designed to provide a stimulating environment that encourages engagement and well-being in a comfortable and secure location.  Our residents benefit from these dynamic personalized programs and activities driven by the latest research and data on memory and cognitive conditions.  Our goal is to help residents continue being as independent as possible, promote health and wellness, and provide the professional support needed.

Respite Care

YOU HAVE PERMISSION TO REST. FOR NOW TAKE TIME FOR YOU. IT'S TIME TO REPLENISH

There are times when there may be a scheduled surgery, need to recover from an injury, or simply need temporary accommodations for respite care.  Our staff are equipped to help our temporary residents with their recovery so they can focus on healing, wellness, and getting back on their feet.  Pre-planning is paramount, and our team will coordinate directly with the individual, their trusted circle, and their medical team to gain a full understanding of the post operation care needs and how we can implement a care plan that gets the temporary resident back on their feet and on the road to recovery.
